fc78 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "fc78" refers to the online gaming platform operated at fc78.club, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, game lobbies, betting markets, and account systems.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses fc78.club, registers an account, or places a bet or wager on the fc78 platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on fc78, associated with a unique Philippine mobile number and wallet balance.
• "Platform" means the fc78 website, game lobby, betting interfaces, and all digital services accessible via fc78.club.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" means the PHP-denominated funds held in a Player's fc78 account for the purpose of placing bets and receiving winnings.
• "Real Money Game" means any game, bet, or wager on fc78 that uses funds from a Player's Wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by fc78 subject to wagering requirements as specified in individual promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by PAGCOR regulations and fc78 compliance policies.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gaming operations in the Philippines.

Access to and use of the fc78 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for participation in online gambling in the Philippines as regulated by PAGCOR is 21 years. fc78 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You are physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted at the time of accessing fc78.
• You are accessing fc78 for your personal, recreational use only, and not on behalf of any commercial entity or third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of fc78, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You have not been self-excluded from fc78 or identified as a problem gambler by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.
• You are not subject to a court order or similar legal restriction that would prohibit you from entering into a binding agreement or participating in gambling activities.

To participate in Real Money Games on fc78, Players must register a verified account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) fc78 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. fc78 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their fc78 username, password, and OTP codes. Any activity that occurs under a Player's account credentials is the Player's responsibility. fc78 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate credential security.

fc78 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Players may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal in any fc78 account or account-associated balance without fc78's prior written consent. Accounts cannot be shared with or operated by any third party.

fc78 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, PNB, and 7-Eleven CliQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The minimum deposit on fc78 is ₱100. Deposits are credited to a Player's Wallet upon confirmed receipt by fc78. fc78 does not accept third-party deposits — funds deposited to fc78 must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Player's account dashboard.
• fc78 will only process withdrawals to a payment account registered in the Player's verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically complete in under 5 minutes. Bank transfer processing times depend on the receiving institution.
• fc78 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified in such cases.

All balances, bets, and transactions on fc78 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). fc78 does not accept or process foreign currency transactions. Any currency conversion costs incurred through a Player's payment provider are the Player's sole responsibility.

All bets placed on fc78 are subject to the following general rules, as well as any specific rules applicable to individual game types, tables, or sports markets:

• A bet is confirmed only when fc78's system acknowledges and records the transaction. Players should verify bet confirmation before assuming a wager has been accepted.
• fc78 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a system error, incorrect odds display, or manifest technical malfunction. Affected bet stakes will be returned to the Player's Wallet.
• For live dealer games, the outcome determined by the physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheel, dice) is final and binding. Video stream disruptions do not affect bet outcomes.
• For sports betting markets, fc78 follows standard industry rules regarding match postponements, abandonments, and result overturns. Specific rules are displayed in each market's information section.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. These limits are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change at fc78's discretion.
• Bets placed on fc78 cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation, except where expressly permitted by the specific game or market rules.

fc78 offers bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on fc78 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino table games typically contribute at a reduced rate. Game-specific contribution rates are displayed in promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified in a promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: fc78 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-variance betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements while minimizing risk. fc78 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
• fc78's Discretion: fc78 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fc78 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Accessing fc78 if you are under 21 years of age, self-excluded, or otherwise legally prohibited from gambling.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Operating more than one fc78 account, whether personally or by acting as a beneficial user of another Player's account.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering or proceeds of crime.
• Colluding with other Players to achieve unfair betting advantages on fc78 tables or sports markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets on fc78 without express prior consent from fc78.
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain unfair advantage or financial benefit on fc78.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or matched betting using fc78 bonus funds.
• Sharing account access with, or acting as a proxy bettor on behalf of, any third party.
• Any conduct that constitutes fraud, theft, or dishonesty in connection with fc78 or its Players.

As a PAGCOR-compliant platform, fc78 is obligated to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on Players. fc78 may request identity documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of current Philippine address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months).
• Source of funds documentation for transactions above defined thresholds as required under Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations.

fc78 reserves the right to restrict account activity — including suspending withdrawals — pending completion of KYC verification. Players who fail to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may have their accounts closed and balances retained pending regulatory assessment.

fc78 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at fc78.club/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By registering on fc78, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and communications regarding fc78 products and promotions where you have opted in to such communications.

fc78 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino Players on its platform. In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and fc78's own policies:

• Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) from within their account settings. Once set, deposit limits can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Players may apply a cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) during which fc78 betting and deposit access is suspended.
• Players may request permanent self-exclusion from fc78. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
• fc78 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where patterns consistent with problem gambling behavior are identified.

All content on fc78.club, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, data, and user interface design, is the property of fc78 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the fc78 platform for personal gaming purposes only.

Players may not reproduce, copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on any fc78 content without fc78's prior written consent. Unauthorized use of fc78 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• fc78 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fc78 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• fc78's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to fc78 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• fc78 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of, or inability to use, the fc78 platform.
• fc78 is not liable for losses resulting from events outside fc78's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, payment provider outages, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits fc78's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

fc78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms by the Player.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time.
• Account identified as a duplicate of an existing registered account.
• Evidence that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• A Player's own request to close their account.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, fc78 reserves the right to withhold any Wallet balance pending investigation and, where breach is confirmed, to forfeit such balance in whole or in part. Where an account is closed for other reasons, the remaining verified Wallet balance will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method, net of any applicable deductions.

In the event of a dispute regarding any bet, transaction, bonus, or account action on fc78, the following process applies:

1. The Player must raise the dispute with fc78 customer support via live chat or by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted.
2. fc78 will acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours and conduct a review of the relevant records, game logs, and transaction data.
3. fc78 will provide a written determination within 14 business days of receiving all relevant information from the Player.
4. If a Player is unsatisfied with fc78's determination, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's relevant dispute resolution channel.

fc78's game system logs and server records shall be the definitive reference for resolving disputes. Where there is a discrepancy between what a Player sees on their device and what is recorded on fc78's server, the server record shall prevail.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms, except where alternative dispute resolution through PAGCOR is applicable.

fc78 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address or mobile number registered on their fc78 account, and/or by a notice displayed on the fc78 platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the fc78 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended Terms. If a Player does not accept amended Terms, they should cease using fc78 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
